📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety.
• Manage store logistics, including inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling.
• Craft and maintain a diverse menu of specialty coffee drinks using our state-of-the-art equipment.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new menu items and special events.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen management and barista expertise.
• Proven track record in managing kitchen operations and ensuring food safety.
• Certification in barista techniques, such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or similar.
