📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement using tools like Lean Six Sigma and process mapping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide training and support to staff on operational best practices and new processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational development, process improvement, or a related role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related process improvement methodology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
