You will work closely with managers and employees to identify training needs and deliver effective learning solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and employee needs.,Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and consultations with managers and employees.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs to ensure they meet business objectives.,Facilitate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with managers and employees to provide feedback and support for continuous learning and development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and e-learning platforms.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees to identify and address training needs.,Familiarity with HRIS and learning management systems is a plus.
