📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to meet customer preferences and market trends.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective and efficient kitchen operations.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute culinary strategies and goals.,Ensure timely and efficient service to customers by managing kitchen staff effectively.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to promote food safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health codes.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
