📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Manage and train F&B service staff to maintain high standards of service.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Assist in the development and implementation of service strategies to improve customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a senior management role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and team management skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
