Tanggung Jawab:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques, and mentor junior team members.
  • Participate in data-driven decision-making processes and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus.
