📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
