📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements.,Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content, including manuals, guides, and tutorials.,Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and improvements.,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readability.,Work with designers and developers to create user-friendly and visually appealing documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
