Resto Hendra Sate is looking for a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles and ensuring they are always in optimal condition. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with mechanics and other service providers as needed.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and industry standards.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Provide regular reports on vehicle status and performance to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation management, business administration, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
