Crystal New Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee and lead our restaurant operations in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. This role is crucial to ensuring the success and growth of our restaurant, and we are looking for a professional who is passionate about food and service excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing restaurant operations and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and train restaurant staff to uphold high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.,Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant software.,Understanding of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
