📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the operation of machinery and ensure that production targets are met efficiently and safely.
  • Lead and mentor a team of machine operators, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all team members.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production needs are met and that the company's goals are achieved.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and incorporate them into the operation of the machinery.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in machinery operation and maintenance.
