📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the general affairs of the company, including office management, facilities management, and administrative support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities and equipment.,Develop and implement policies and procedures for general affairs.,Monitor and report on general affairs performance metrics.,Provide leadership and guidance to the general affairs team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
