📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and availability.,Assist with software and hardware upgrades and installations.,Provide training and documentation to end-users.,Work with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Knowledge of security best practices and procedures.
