📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Process reservations and manage room assignments using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS)
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling mail and packages
• Assist with guest billing, payments, and room charges
• Monitor and report any incidents or security concerns to the appropriate authorities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Assist with event coordination and group bookings as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
• Basic knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Siteminder, or similar
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
• Previous experience in a hotel or similar setting is preferred
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a genuine passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
