This is a full-time position located in Pluit, Jakarta Raya, offering a competitive salary of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition through regular maintenance and inspections.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Handle any fleet-related complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of local traffic regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
