📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the medical center, including patient check-ins, scheduling, and record-keeping.,Support the operations manager in managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate patient care.,Maintain and update patient records and medical documentation.,Assist in the organization and management of medical supplies and equipment.,Handle administrative tasks related to patient billing and insurance claims.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices is a plus.
