📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff in the learning and development department.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
