Figma is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive financial insights and support data-driven decision making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data solutions that enhance our financial operations and strategy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to analyze financial data and identify trends.,Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key financial metrics and performance indicators.,Collaborate with finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.,Build and deploy predictive models to forecast financial performance and support budgeting and planning.,Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations to optimize financial processes and reduce costs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply new techniques to improve financial analysis.,Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity, and implement data governance practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.,3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.,Strong programming skills in Python, R, or a similar language.,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Familiarity with financial data and concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data insights to stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
