📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of branch operations with the overall company goals.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
