Shine Up Group is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle cash transactions and provide change as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Report any issues or concerns to the manager promptly.,Assist with the setup and cleanup of dining areas.,Recommend menu items to customers based on their preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
