📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities,Support the business development team in market research and analysis,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to execute business strategies,Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for potential clients,Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information,Assist in managing and tracking business development projects and initiatives,Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related role,Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus,Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual
