📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in managing and supervising branch staff, including setting performance goals and providing regular feedback.,Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, transaction processing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Ensure the branch meets all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.,Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the Branch Manager.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Support the implementation of branch improvement initiatives and projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of branch activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services industry.,Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with branch management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
