📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the management and regulatory bodies.,Provide financial advice to the management to improve the company's financial performance.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Monitor and control the company's financial risks.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations.
