📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.
  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory levels and meet demand.
  • Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
