Matahati Autism Clinic Centre is looking for a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with autism and a commitment to providing high-quality education and support. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with autism.,Teach academic, social, and life skills to students with autism.,Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.,Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a supportive home environment.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.,Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Certification or experience in teaching children with autism.,Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related educational strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred but not required.,Experience working in an educational or therapeutic setting is a plus.
