The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the Corporate Risk & Compliance team on a wide range of legal matters.,Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for business transactions and projects.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.,Monitor and report on legal developments that may impact the company's operations.,Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements.,Provide training and guidance to other team members on legal and compliance matters.,Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders to ensure effective legal and compliance management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in legal research and writing.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks.
