📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance and document maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the production team to address equipment-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance shutdowns and outages.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo).
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
