📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training new hires.,Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans.,Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Manage recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure that our recruitment efforts are effective and efficient.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.,Experience in managing a team of recruiters is a plus.
