📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure team success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the automotive or related industry is a plus.
