📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.
  • Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that purchasing activities align with business objectives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, procurement strategies, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
