PT Baskoro Wisesa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Supervise and train junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.,Conduct bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.,Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
