📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the distribution of tea products to retail outlets and customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.
  • Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on distribution activities and sales performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the distribution team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the tea industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
