📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, storage, and distribution.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Handle warehouse maintenance and repairs as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards.
