📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.,Train and develop production staff to improve productivity and performance.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply of materials and resources.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and opportunities.,Report production performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving efficiency.,Knowledge of production planning and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.
