As a Capital Projects Advisor at PT Bangka Belitung Mining & Infrastructure, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. You will leverage your expertise in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and other industry-standard software to ensure project success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute capital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans using industry-standard software such as MS Project and Primavera.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular project reviews and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical advice and support to project teams as needed.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align projects with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital projects management, preferably in the mining or infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, including MS Project and Primavera.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
