📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and development opportunities,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and support,Maintain a clean and well-organized branch environment,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry,Proven track record of managing branch operations and driving sales growth,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior
